Horse-Shoe Trail Cluster, BSA

Horse-Shoe Trail Cluster, BSA HST Cluster, BSA was founded with the idea of helping Commissioners get training. The Cluster serves Commissioners in Berks, Chester and Lancaster Counties.

Scouters, commissioners, and professionals alike who are interested in promoting events the Horse Shoe Trail Cluster (HSTC) is, and will be conducting. The HSTC is comprised of the Chester County Council, Hawk Mountain Council, and the Pennsylvania Dutch Council.

We now are operating a two district council. Iron Forge in the Northern end and Susquehanna as our Southern side.

College Committee met at Shady Maple. Link will be up around the first two weeks in December. Hawk Mountain Council is leading the College.

Round table sessions will be presented at the Masters level.

Ed Van Arsdale III will be the Dean of the Masters.
