Lancaster Movin' Soles Lancaster Running Club is a group of people of various running abilities. It is meant for everyone-even avid walkers. Our goal is a healthier community

We will be meeting on Wednesday Nights at 7pm and Saturday Mornings at 6am at the Lancaster Square whenever Mother Nature allows! We will have race information and work together to reach some goals!

I will not be at run club on Thursday. My husband is at Wyalusing with 6th graders and all my babysitters are volleyball players! Have a good run! It'll be a beautiful night! Remember-STart time is changing to 6:30pm!!!!! (still hoping for a last minute babysitter!)

Don't forget tonight's run! Rain or shine, we're running! Unless of course it's lightning out or hailing...that would not be enjoyable. See you tonight!
