As of January 2020 our support group meetings will be cancelled until further notice. In the meantime you can find support online for 4th degree tears here, 4th Degree Tear Support Group, or for all birth tears here, Birth Tear Support (Severe Birth Tears).

The November support group meeting will be cancelled. Sorry for the inconvenience! Our next meeting will be the 2nd Monday of December instead of the 1st Monday. So our next meeting is December 11th.
