Lancaster Aquatic Club (LAC) is a not-for-profit year-round USA Swimming club based in Lancaster, PA whose purpose is to train young athletes to compete at the highest level of their individual ability. LAC represents a tradition of demonstrating swimming excellence through Leadership, Achievement, and Commitment.

Another Sectionals is in the books. And we are coming home with some hardware! We took 3rd place behind 2 of the biggest teams in the country in the combined standings and the Men took 2nd place! We also broke 5 club records! Brody Reber broke the records in 50 free and 100 fly. And the boys broke the club record in the 200 and 400 Free Relays and the 200 Free Relay

Sammy Kieffer crushed his mile tonight on Day 1 of Sectionals! He dropped 26 seconds to go 16:05.86 and placed 8th! Mabel Walborn also placed in the top 8 tonight in the 1,000. She was just .5 off her best and placed 7th!
