Beat the Streets Lancaster Empowering Lancaster’s youth on the mats and in life! Beat the Streets Lancaster (BTSL) is a youth development nonprofit organization.

With a focus in the sport of wrestling, BTSL aims to provide quality programming, mentorship, and resources to underserved communities in the Lancaster area. BTSL cultivates youth development by encouraging a desire for excellence, respect, teamwork, leadership, integrity, and perseverance through the instruction of quality wrestling programs. The sport of wrestling helps put into perspective how

hard work and self-accountability can bring forth success in all aspects of life. Beat the Streets is ready to help our youth make a positive and lasting impact in Lancaster! BTSL is an accredited program with Beat the Streets National. We value the mission of Beat the Streets and are proud to be a part of the national organization that strives to enhance the lives of young men and women.

BREAKING! 🚨🚨🚨

In more exciting news, we are nearly at our fundraising goal of $20,000 and been given an incredible opportunity to hit and exceed that number. Thanks to the generosity of Carl Becker, MD Orthopedics, we have a 48-hour match of up to $5,000!

So double your gift of sponsoring our hardworking wrestlers and make a difference in their lives. Whether the amount is $25, $100, or $500, your gift will be doubled up to the match!

In total 27 student-athletes will travel to a new city for a week of building friendships, gaining perspective, attending life skill workshops, and of course wrestling in a way that only Beat the Streets can provide.

We're less than 3️⃣ weeks out from the Beat the Streets National Camp & Duals!

Each year all of the BtS chapters come together for an amazing experience at a host city. This year, our Lancaster wrestlers will travel to Cleveland to build friendships, gain perspective, and wrestle together in an environment only Beat the Streets can provide.

However, we still need your help to get these hard working wrestlers out there. YOU can make a difference!

A huge thank you to Rich McKee for coming in yesterday for a Financial Literacy Workshop!

Rich shared his incredible story and gave a great discussion on the "Power of Choice" not only in our everyday lives but how it relates to our finances.

This was followed up by a fantastic Q&A session with the wrestlers who all had great questions about their future.

Life Skill Workshops like these are crucial for our youth by providing them with the knowledge they might not receive through their normal schooling.
