A little over one month away for the US Post Office Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. This will happen on Saturday, May 9, 2026. Place non-perishable food donations by your mail box and your letter carrier will pick it up. This is a great event and all donations stay local. Thanks for thinking of the Trinity Food Pantry of Lancaster.

Attention clients: below is a list of items that you will need for recertification. That time of year is approaching fast, just giving a heads up. If you have any questions, please ask on your next visit to the Pantry.

1. Identification for each person in your household. (e.g. Drivers license, non-drivers license, school ID, government benefit letter with current address, birth certificate, etc..)
2. Proof of residency for each person in your household.(e.g. Current utility bills, property tax bill, signed lease, school records, bank, statement, drivers license, etc..)
3. Eligibility:
-if your household participates in any of the following: SNAP, WIC, TANF, Medicaid or SSI .
-your gross annual household income is at or below the TEFAP guidelines for your family size.

Food pantries have a set geographic area that only serves people that live in that area. You cannot receive food from two pantries at the same time.

Any questions please come to the pantry and we will gladly help you through this process.

Our freezers are full and then some. A BIG thank you to Saint Mary’s High School for thier donation of over 600 pizzas and pies in recognition of Pi day 3/14 (3.14). All Grade levels contributed to this annual event. We were able to share the abundance with Tri Community Pantry and Saint Martha’s Pantry also.  Thanks for being a Pantry partner.

Trinity Food Pantry of Lancaster is all smiles as we accepted the generous and abundant donation from Sacred Heart Church/Hands of Christ Ministry in Bowmansville. Over 60 volunteers from the church put together and decorated 50 food baskets to share with our clients. This was done to show the community that Sacred Heart cares. Thanks for being a Pantry partner.

A huge thank you to Cub Scout Pack 601 from Bowmansville Fire Department. They assembled packages for making a cake with a can of soda. The kits contained the cake mix, can of soda, frosting and the pan to make it in. Kits also included some birthday supplies. A big thank you to this group of young men for thinking of the Trinity Food Pantry of Lancaster.

The Moose Club is having a trivia night to benefit the Trinity Food Pantry of Lancaster. When? Friday, January 23, 2026 at 7pm at the Moose. You must pre-register by January 19. Once again, Trinity Food Pantry of Lancaster teamed up with the Lancaster Youth Buresu for their December day of giving. The pantry supplied food for a holiday meal and the Youth Bureau staff along with Lancaster students and faculty packed it up. The Youth Bureau also supplies gifts, clothing and more during this event. Truly an awesome day. Thank you to all for your efforts. Lancaster is filled with giving residents.

What a super nice idea from Girl Scout troop 32669 located at Trinity Church in Lancaster. Baking gift package. Each package has an item to be baked, whisk, towel and ornament crafted by one of the Girl Scouts. They put a lot of hard work into these and they are very much appreciated for that. They will be passed out next Wednesday morning and evening. Thank you for being a Pantry partner.
