• Renovated 5 homes, with 4 sold to new homeowners, strengthening neighborhood stability
• $1.3M investment in the Tec Centro West welding and fabrication training space, expanding workforce development opportunities
• $850K renovation of apartments at General Cigar Place, improving access to quality, affordable housing

Today we had the pleasure of being at the ribbon cutting for one of the projects close to our hearts Chevere Cafe 🎉 They’ll be opening their doors on August 28th, bringing Puerto Rican food and great coffee right here to Lancaster.

We’re so happy to see this dream come to life. Congratulations to Ada Rivera and her team on this amazing accomplishment! 👏
