OneLINC is geared towards assisting local non-profits and community service organizations to recruit, train, and retain volunteers more efficiently, while seamlessly connecting individuals to opportunities throughout the Antelope Valley. nment national service program aimed to engage adults in intense community service projects to help fight against poverty. AmeriCorps VISTA was founded in 1965 and has been on the front line in the fight against poverty for 45 years. VISTAs commit to full or part-time positions offered by various community non-profit organizations and public agencies to fulfill assignments in the fields of education, environmental protection, health care, and public safety. VISTAs create and expand programs that ultimately bring under served individuals and communities out of poverty.
