Become a Project WILD Facilitator! 🌿

The Ohio Division of Wildlife is hosting a hybrid facilitator training for formal and informal educators ready to lead their own Project WILD workshops!

📅 In-person: October 6–7 at Hocking Hills State Park Lodge & Conference Center (Mon 1:30 PM – Tues 1:30 PM)
💻 Plus a required 4-hour online component completed up to two weeks before the in-person session.

Prerequisite: Prior completion of a Project WILD workshop (other environmental education workshops considered case-by-case).

Cost: $125

This EECO tour was for the "funguy" in all of us! So MANY mushrooms, fungi and beautiful scenery. The hike to Counselor's Cave is for sure a hidden gem of the hocking hills. Thanks to Anna Haught and Jackie Luggen from Camp Oty'Okwa for making this an incredibly memorable experience!!

A hidden gem in Hocking Hills!

There is still plenty of space available in this super cool summer EECO Tour! Come see this hidden gem, Counselor's Cave. This cave and tour can only be accessed through the Camp Oty'Okwa property.

This tour is for anyone who enjoys a moderate hike in the beautiful Hocking Hills Region of Ohio.

Our friends at Camp Oty'Okwa are graciously inviting us on a hike to Counselor's Cave that is part of their 800 acres of forested property. It is not a far hike, less than a mile, and it is stunning scenery! To learn more and to register, click here.
