Stacey is up next for Trainer Tuesday!
My journey to becoming a fitness instructor has been an unexpected and rewarding one. It began through a martial arts, yoga, and mindfulness program, where I discovered my passion for movement and developed a deep appreciation for the incredible ways the body can move—even through the smallest, most intentional motions.
At first, I imagined myself teaching kickboxing or other high-energy classes. But through a series of unexpected opportunities, I found my place working with the Active Older Adult community. It turned out to be exactly where I was meant to be, and I have loved every moment ever since.
What I enjoy most is helping people feel stronger, move with greater confidence, and continue doing the activities they love. Seeing participants improve their health, maintain their independence, and discover what their bodies are capable of is what inspires me every day.
Stacey Specializes in;
