Conestoga River District, PA Dutch Council, Boy Scouts of America The Conestoga River Scouting District covers the School Districts of: Conestoga Valley, ELANCO, Lampeter-Strasburg, Penn Manor, Pequea Valley, SOLANCO.

The Pennsylvania Dutch Council is comprised of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties, and is divided into three districts. Conestoga River is made up of southern and eastern Lacaster.

The Boy Scouts of America has helped youth to become leaders in their family, faith, community, and country for over 100 years!
