🎮🍎 Last month, Lancaster Rec and AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania teamed up for a Health and Gaming event at our Rodney Park Esports Center!

Youth and families learned how to game responsibly, when to take breaks, the importance of healthy routines, easy ways to stay active and the best healthy snacks. More than $500 in fresh produce was handed out to attendees, courtesy of Kegel's Produce, during the event to help put those healthy habits into practice at home! 🥕🍏

Thank you to Sean from Lancaster Rec and AmeriHealth Caritas PA for making this community event possible. With praise from parents and youth alike, it was a great reminder of what we can accomplish together! 💙
