👋 Hey TCF Peeps, Meet Ken!

Ken is a Lancaster native who got into technology early and never really escaped. He’s spent most of his career building software, leading teams, and helping people make practical decisions about technology.

These days, Ken leads engineering at Okaya and runs Responsible Innovation, where he helps local businesses and nonprofits navigate AI. He’s also involved with CPOSC, TechLancaster, and the local tech community.

Welcome, Ken! We’re thrilled to have you as a part of the community!

It’s Tuesday, so you know what that means!! ☕💚

Barista Hour is one of our favorite weekly perks and the perfect little afternoon treat!

We had Bryan on the machine, whipping up these beautiful lattes for our amazing community.

Thank you to our guest barista and to all our members who make this community so special!

Such a wonderful group came out for our Spanish Immersion Lunch today as we celebrate the final three days of Hispanic Heritage Month! 💚

It was a special opportunity to connect, learn from one another, and celebrate the diverse cultures that make our community so unique.

A BIG thank you to everyone who joined us! We’re so grateful to be part of a community that continues to embrace learning, connection, and celebrating one another. ✨

Hey TCF Peeps!

Meet Bryan, our brand new Community Facilitator here at TCF! You’ll find Bryan at the front desk, greeting members and guests, helping you get plugged in, and making sure you know what’s happening around the space.

A little about Bryan: He was born in Philadelphia and raised in Cleveland Heights, Ohio where many of his childhood memories involve a soccer field.

He studied at UMass Amherst and loves teaching yoga and meditation in his free time. He’s also a big music fan and before joining TCF, he managed a B&B on a regenerative farm. 🌱

If you haven’t yet, make sure to pop by the front desk to say hello! 👋

Lancaster artists & creatives: We’re teaming up with our Artist in Residence, Malia Mahana , for a local art showcase, and we’d love to see your work. All experience levels and artistic mediums are welcome. You don’t need to be a TCF member to participate!

Selected work will be featured November 6 at Rowan House (ROHO) , our sixth-floor social club. Bring family and friends to enjoy the exhibit, light refreshments, and an evening with fellow creatives.

After the showcase, we'll display selected artwork at our 812 N. Prince Street location for three months. We’ll also spotlight the artists and their work through TCF.

Submit by October 12 → Link in bio.
