🎓𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝.𝗣. 𝗠𝗰𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲!🎓

Last night, we proudly celebrated our newest graduates as they join the long, proud tradition of McCaskey Tornadoes. Your hard work, resilience, and spirit have carried you to this moment, and we’re excited to welcome you into our Alumni family.

𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟵𝟳𝟲, celebrating their 50 year milestone. They gathered beforehand for light refreshments and had a wonderful time reminiscing, reconnecting, and laughing over memories that still shine after five decades. Their joy was contagious — and seeing them recognized at graduation reminded us how strong and lasting the McCaskey bond truly is.

Here’s to the legacy of 1976, the promise of 2026, and the generations of Tornados who continue to make us proud. ❤️🖤

🎓 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐜𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐲’𝐬 𝟓𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬... 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟵𝟳𝟲

Every year, the J.P. McCaskey Alumni Association proudly celebrates the 𝟓𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬. The evening begins with a joyful gathering at J.P. McCaskey High School...an opportunity for classmates to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate this special milestone together.

🍽️ After light meal, the graduates board the bus and head to Penn Medicine Stadium. At the stadium you will be honored at the commencement ceremony for the class of 2026. After your class is honored, we will board the bus and head back to McCaskey High School.

✨ It’s a tradition that bridges generations, honoring McCaskey’s rich history while celebrating the future of our students.

Message from McCaskey High School teacher Ben Deardorff....

Hello, this is Ben Deardorff, McCaskey National Honor Society advisor. We [McCaskey National Honor Society] are working to raise money for ALS research in honor of McCaskey Teacher Brother Albrecht and would really appreciate your support!

Brother Frank Albrecht taught generations of students at McCaskey High School. He showed students what it meant to serve others, to persevere through challenges, and to build a community rooted in compassion. Brother Frank died in 2024 due to ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that destroys nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. Right now, ALS is almost 100% fatal, there is no cure.

Now, it's our turn to honor Brother Franks legacy by coming together to fund the research that will end this disease. The McCaskey National Honor Society is joining the fight against ALS. Please donate to help Dr. Yentli Soto Albrecht, Brother Frank’s daughter, find a cure. 100% of every dollar donated will go directly to research to help find a cure. Thank you for your support!!
