The Thaddeus Stevens Alumni Association was formed by the Class of 1913. The Alumni Association is governed by a Board of Governors who volunteer their time and oversee the many special events and reunions sponsored by the Alumni Association. If you have an interest in serving on the Board, please contact the Alumni Office. All graduates of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology are encouraged to support the Alumni Association by paying annual Alumni Association dues. Your dues support special events, alumni chapters, and other efforts and projects sponsored by the Alumni Association in support of the College. The Thaddeus Stevens Alumni Association currently has over 7,500 living alumni in the United States. We encourage you to join the Alumni Association and stay in touch with your alma mater!

A lot of memories start at Thaddeus Stevens College, but some come with a few more miles on them.

The Thaddeus Stevens Alumni Association Car Show welcomed Bulldogs and the broader community to our Transportation Center this past weekend for a love of classic cars. 🚘

More than that, our alumni come together for their shared connection to , from gaining the skills for a thriving career to finding opportunities they wouldn’t have had without the College.

The influence of a great educator and mentor doesn’t end on campus.

Over the weekend, Enrollment Recruiter and Head Football Coach, Johnnie Hicks, was recognized by the Susquehanna Township High School Alumni Association for his outstanding accomplishments, leadership, character, and service.

Johnnie was inducted into the inaugural class of the school’s Hall of Fame, honoring the lasting impact he’s made on the students and community he serves.

At Thaddeus Stevens College, Johnnie continues that work every day. Whether he’s helping prospective students envision their future or encouraging our Bulldogs on and off the field, he’s helping open doors to opportunity. 🩶

For President Pedro Rivera, creating access and opportunity has been a driving force throughout his career.

While students come to Thaddeus Stevens College to learn trades and technology, they leave with a broader foundation for their future.

Core education courses are an important part of the experience, giving students opportunities to strengthen more than just hands-on skills they’ll carry into the workplace and beyond. We ensure students are career ready with strong communication proficiency and problem-solving capabilities. Yesterday, we joined the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County for BIA Building Futures: Construction Career Day, connecting with professionals and exploring the many career paths within the building industry.

Students had the chance to engage beyond their lab and interact with industry through demonstrations and conversations.

By providing students with opportunities to get a firsthand look at careers in construction, we’re helping students connect what they’re learning at with the possibilities waiting for them in the workforce. It’s one more way we open doorways to possibility! 🛠️

The Facilities, Custodial, and Maintenance team keeps campus running day to day, from cleaning classrooms and common spaces to fixing things when they break and taking care of learning spaces across campus.

Their work may not always be the first thing you notice, but it creates a positive impact for our community, keeping us safe, clean, and comfortable! 🩶

More than that, they’re a friendly face at each of our locations, lending kind words and support to Bulldogs.

Today, we’re giving a well deserved thank you to our Facilities and Custodial Maintenance team for all they do to keep clean and functional!

What does Pennsylvania’s manufacturing future look like?

Yesterday, joined the Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association at the State Capitol to answer that question during the second annual Manufacturing Day.

As an exhibitor in the Capitol Rotunda, we had the opportunity to showcase how skills-based education prepares students for high-demand careers and helps strengthen Pennsylvania’s manufacturing workforce.

By joining legislative leaders and industry partners, we’re able to open more doors to possibility for students and better prepare them for regional workforce needs. 💥

We’re proud to help put the next generation of manufacturing talent in the spotlight!

Last night, the Office of Inclusion and Compliance hosted a Green Flag event, led by Nakia Perry, Campus Inclusion & Compliance Officer, with support from the YWCA Lancaster Sexual Assault Prevention and Counseling Center.

Students spent the evening talking about healthy relationships, from respecting boundaries and communicating openly to taking accountability and building trust. 💚

Thanks to the Pennsylvania Society for Health Facility Engineering, financially disadvantaged students can access life-changing education that will move them toward a thriving future.

PSHFE presented the Thaddeus Stevens College Foundation with a $25,000 gift to establish the PSHFE Trade Scholarship, an endowed scholarship for students working on the housing project. 🏡

Beginning in Fall 2027, the scholarship will help students preparing for careers that strengthen Pennsylvania’s communities.

We’re grateful to PSHFE for investing in our students and in the people who will help shape the future of the skilled trades.
