Throughout her leadership, Joanne helped build a culture focused on people, connection, and creating meaningful experiences for both employees and guests. Her thoughtful approach to leadership and succession planning helped guide the business across generations while continuing to strengthen its impact on Lancaster County.

Beyond Kitchen Kettle Village, Joanne has also supported other family-owned businesses and nonprofit organizations through mentorship and consulting focused on organizational culture and leadership transition.
