It’s that time of year again! Our CP team will be gathering for our Annual Review. A day dedicated not only to reflecting on our program’s progress, but also to hands-on training and skill refreshers. 💪🚑

This review ensures that every provider is up-to-date on best practices, clinical skills, and resources to better serve our patients. From patient care techniques to safety protocols, our team remains committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Lancaster EMS is seeking a Community Paramedicine Program Provider to help improve healthcare access for underserved populations. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one patient care, health education, and community resource referrals—bridging healthcare gaps and making a difference where it matters most.

📌 Position Highlights:
✔️ Conduct in-home visits for recently discharged patients
✔️ Perform essential health services like blood draws & wound care
✔️ Educate & empower patients to improve their health
✔️ Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance care coordination

💰 Competitive Pay & Benefits:
💲 $22.25 - $28.25/hr
📆 Flexible schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
