Congratulations to our two finalists in our Heat Leadoff Classic this weekend, Pride Mocha and Heat Elite 2027. The Heat Elite squad prevailed in the championship game.
It was the first tournament on our new turf at Walden Pond Park and we look forward to hosting four more age groups over the next two weekends.
Thank you to the teams who participated this weekend and good luck to everyone in the rest of their seasons!

We’re excited to host our first tournament of the year this weekend! The Lancaster Heat 16U/18U Leadoff Classic will be played on our brand-new turf fields at Walden Pond Park.

A huge thank you to the Town of Lancaster Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department for all the hard work and dedication that went into making these fields ready for the season. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to welcome teams and families out to the park this weekend!

We are thrilled to announce that the Lancaster-Depew Ponytails & Heat Softball Association is once again offering our annual Stephen Kuhn Memorial Scholarship! This scholarship is a testament to our league's commitment to supporting our players both on and off the field.

To be eligible, an applicant must be a 2026 graduating high school senior who has played for the Ponytails or Heat for at least 4 seasons and maintained a minimum 3.3 GPA.

16U and 18U teams looking for a local tournament to start your travel season please consider the Lancaster Heat Classic on May 30-31. We are looking for one additional team that weekend and have a very competitive field.

We have two fully turfed diamonds at Walden Pond, plus an additional turf infield to handle any wet spring weather.

We are planning on an afternoon start on Saturday

We've had to make some adjustments tonight to our schedule and to our diamond assignments with many of the dirt diamonds too wet to play.

Our Junior and Ponytail divisions will play tonight with the below diamond assigments. The PeeWee division games for tonight are canceled and will be rescheduled.
