Our Services
People who come to the PA CareerLink® can use a variety of services free of any charge. Equal Opportunity Employer/Program.

The young adult programs at PA CareerLink® of Lancaster County works with 12-24 year olds to prepare them for stable, meaningful careers through education, career services, training, and supportive case management. Use the Internet to search for a job
Create your own resume, print it out, and copy it
Work on your interviewing skills
Talk with a career counselor about your career objectives
Get inf

ormation about careers
Take a skill assessment and aptitude test on the road to becoming Ready2Work/Journeys
Work on your basic skills like reading, writing, and math
Improve your keyboarding skills
Learn to find your way around a computer
Make the connection to higher education
Attend workshops
