The Directors of the Ranchin’ Romeos have all chipped in to honor Dwayne Shaughnessy as this years Memorial Affiliate. Dwayne has been a member of the Romeos and a warm presence at our table from the very beginning even while battling all of the medical ailments that he had to endure throughout this journey of ours. Sadly, Dwayne passed away at the end of last year. His presence is sorely missed amongst us all. Therefore as a tribute, we decided to honor him with a seat at our table during the auction one last time. We miss you buddy, but you will not be forgotten.

It is officially, Now O’Clock guys! We need your donations now to be prepared for the 2026 Junior Livestock Auction at the Antelope Valley Fair on April 22nd, 2026. Let’s show these hard working kids and young adults how much we appreciate them by allowing us to give them a good price for their livestock projects again this year. LANCASTER — The 2025 Junior Livestock Auction, held during the California Poppy Festival, raised more than $900,000 for the local youth who participated.

Thanks to the generous support from our many affiliates and sponsors, the Ranchin’ Romeos were able to help support 7 Junior Livestock exhibitors by purchasing their animals during the Junior Livesrock Auction at the AV Fair & Event Center this year as well as numerous others via addons! A huge thank you goes out to all of you yet again for allowing us to be a part of these fantastic youths livestock projects!
