Lancaster County Land Bank The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority’s mission is to deter blight and to return vacant property to productive community assets

Since 2017, The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority’s mission is to deter blight and to return vacant property to productive status using a unified, predictable, and transparent process, thereby revitalizing neighborhoods and strengthening the County’s tax base. Any Municipality in Lancaster County, exclusive of the City of Lancaster, can choose to join the Land Bank by entering into an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement.
