In case you need to know what an example of a fantastic teenager looks like, take a look at these young people! These are the ones, when I was growing up, were known as “The cream of the crop” They are responsible, they are respectful, and they have caring, giving hearts that like to help out, and they are FUN!! They are the kids no one would mind taking anywhere, anytime for any occasion, and would be proud to stand up beside in any circumstance.
We have a Volunteer Day every Wednesday & it started today! You can find us first with Tammy Vidal at the Senior Citizens Center helping out with lunch and whatever the need Not sure who loves this more the kids or the Seniors In the afternoon we will be helping Marissa out at the Northridge Retitement Center As a special thank you I was able to treat them to lunch in appreciation for their hard work They were described by others today as going above and beyond So proud of them!! 💙
I believe there is great value in the kids learning that there is a responsibility to living in a community While we appreciate very much all of the help we receive from many individuals, companies & grants & fund raisers, we don’t just want to receive; We want to give back and help out where we can If anyone in Lamesa has an occasion or an event coming up, give us a call, we love to help out
