Project Emerald is a 2,000 acre 1.6 GW hyperscale data center project by Iren. 1.6 GWs of power is enough power to power up to 1.4 million homes.
We have seen the ways data centers get prioritized during climate catastrophe, and it brings alarms that Iren is actively pursuing permits and has already acquired land in Kiowa, Oklahoma.

As the Death Cycle of generative AI demands more and more power, Nuclear energy is being promoted as the answer, but the deadly consequences are spookier than you might think! We are taking off the mask of this monster and pointing out the critical issues on safety, public health, environmental justice, and community impacts!

Our solidarity is with our relatives being targeted by the Federal Government for protect Montana’s environmental resources. Protecting Mother Earth is NOT a crime but a necessity for survival! 🪶🧡Happy Indigenous Peoples Day ✨

We ground ourselves in the powerful reminder that Indigenous Peoples’ Day is, at its heart, a legacy of Resistance. It is the resistance against the normalization of the brutal harm inflicted upon Indigenous Peoples and our sacred Lands, from Turtle Island to all over the world. It is the refusal to celebrate Colombus and any colonizers, and the spirit to fight against colonialism and violence.

Today as we continue to face the violent long lasting effects of colonialism, we also continue to refuse normalization! We continue to resist! Around the world, for every proposed data center, every proposed pipeline, colonial boarder, colonial empire, extractive industry, WE WILL BE THERE TO RESIST.

Globally Indigenous People have always been Mother Earths last line of defense.
Now more than ever, we need the word to stand with us in the fight to protect our Earth Mother. 🧡🌱✊🏽

The Right of Return Is LAND BACK!

3 years of ongoing genocide, but over 78 years on illegal colonial occupation.
As Indigenous Peoples of Turtle Island we know what settlers colonialism looks like, and we know the long lasting effects of it, not just to our People but to our Land. We understand that for our Mother Earth, healing is LAND BACK, from Palestine to Turtle Island

Over the last three years we have witnessed the horrific events of this genocide that has been carried out by both the so called “israeli” and “us” colonial governments.
But we have also witnessed the steadfastness of our Palestinian relatives both in Palestine and in diaspora. We have witnessed an unwavering commitment to the protection of the Land and its People.
Our solidarity will remain with our Indigenous relatives fighting for sovereignty and self determination.

We understand how interconnected our struggles are. As we see the death cycle of AI target our Lands here on Turtle Island, we also are witnessing how generative AI is being used to carry out this genocide. We know that any attack on Mother Earth is an attack on us all! We demand an arms embargo now!

Honor The Earth extends our full solidarity with our relatives in Ireland, blocking a planned Orange Order march from Drumcree church.

To the residents or the area and all who have traveled to stand in solidarity, and especially to those who are witnessing a familiar violence that stole loved ones, we see you and we stand with you.

It is every Persons right to live in peace. After decades of moving forward, it is our relatives right to stand their ground against violence that aims to take steps back.

As we recently returned home from our Native Delegation to Ireland, so much was shared and learned. And the steadfast in your strength and determination to keep your communities safe is not new.

On this Day of Remembrance, we remember. We remember the laughter that was stolen, we remember the languages that were silenced, we remember the songs that will never be sung, we remember the ones who will never come home.

Their spirits are woven into the Land, the Water, and the Sky. In the strength and resilience of our Elders and in the fire that still burns in the hearts of our Youth.

Today we remember our sacred responsibility to speak their truth and bring forth their justice. Because we are still here, they are never truly gone. Their sacrifice is our strength and our survival is their legacy. Today and everyday, we remember them, because we are them.

🔸We recognize today September 30, as National Day of Remembrance. Today, we honor the survivors and their families who where targeted by the violence of Indian Boarding Schools. We especially honour and remember the children who were taken and never came back home.
We are called not only to remember the harms of colonialism, but to act for justice today.

This violence reverberates from the past to the present, across borders and oceans, and is foundational to settler colonialism.
