After our fight and victory against Westwin Elements in Oklahoma, this week we witnessed yet another WIN!!!

“We as a community, we’re very, very thankful that they voted the way that they did,” said Karen Hewitt, who has been following the issue

This extractive company thought it could target another community, but the Richmond Hill community proved them wrong!!

Local community member, Darren Blanchard, was able to uncover that fake emails were sent to the city of Coweta without permission from the "senders" to manufacture consent for a proposed data center by Beale Infrastructure. This is the same company forcing forward Project Blue in Tucson, despite the community pushing back and the city council voting against it.

The community DOES NOT WANT data centers in our neighborhoods! These companies are resorting to sending artificial emails to manufacture support for their projects.

It has been over a month since The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) carried out yet another massacre. 19 People, including two Filipino Americans were murdered and more than 600 residents were forcefully displaced during a Philippine military operation targeting peasant farmer communities in Negros.

The results or imperialism and colonialism are always the same, violence against the Land and those deeply connected to Mother Earth.

The so called US continues to fund the war machine globally. just over the last decade the “US” has given billions of dollars to the AFP

Solidarity with those calling for JUSTICE!
We honor the martyrs! And we honor their legacy of fighting for justice for their People and their Land!

OFFICIAL STATEMENT:
The Fort Hall Business Council has formally adopted a resolution opposing data center development on the Fort Hall Reservation and within ceded lands, Treaty-protected areas, or locations that may adversely affect the Reservation or its residents.

This action reflects the Council’s commitment to protecting Tribal sovereignty, natural resources, Treaty Rights, and the long-term interests of the Shoshone-Bannock people.
