Lamberton Ambulance was able to team up with the Lamberton swimming pool to do our annual training together. This is a very successful training every year to be prepared for anything to happen. Being able to communicate as to what the crew members need to be done or to be known before they show up with the ambulance and also for the crew members to know what lifeguards can do as a young, working group of at a pool such as which location they should show up at whether it’s in front of the pool or behind the pool and maybe even just crowd control and removing patrons from the pool area. thank you to all who were involved in making this a very good training.

What a great time for safety day!! Thank you all who came out we sure had fun!

The Lamberton Ambulance Service is proud to share that members of our crew have been selected to receive the Minnesota EMS Stork Award. The “Stork Award” is presented to EMS professionals involved in an out-of-hospital childbirth event.

This special recognition highlights the dedication, training, and teamwork demonstrated by EMS providers when they are called upon to respond in extraordinary circumstances. We are honored that the efforts of our crew have been recognized by the state EMS community.

For a rural volunteer ambulance service, moments like this serve as a reminder of the important role local EMS providers play every day. Our crews answer calls at all hours, often balancing family, work and community commitments to serve those in need.

We are incredibly proud of the individuals receiving this recognition and grateful for the support our community continues to show the ambulance service. This award reflects not only the efforts of those involved, but also the commitment of our entire team to providing care when it matters most.

Please help us in congratulating the award recipients on this well-deserved honor. Left to Right.. Debbie, Mindi, Kim and Amy. Representative Ann.

🚑 **PLEASE STAY OFF THE ROADS** ❄️

Road conditions across the area have become **extremely dangerous**, and many highways are **closed or under travel advisories** due to the winter storm (see map below).

🚫 **Please DO NOT travel unless it is an emergency.**

When roads are this bad, it slows emergency responders and puts more people at risk. Staying home helps keep **you, plow crews, and emergency services safe.**

If you must travel in an emergency, make sure someone knows where you are going and carry winter safety supplies.

Please stay home, stay safe, and allow emergency crews to respond to those who truly need help.
