Sparrow House Ministries We are here to help neighbors in need with emergency food, encouragement, and restoration of value! Sparrow House Ministries is a non-profit public charity.

We serve anyone from Prowers County, or anyone passing through our community. We provide food and basic personal hygiene items. We care about each person and are also available for prayer for the sick and needy. We are open on Thursdays and by appointment for emergencies. For specific hours, see the calendar posted on the page.

Y’all - look! Mae Shelton and Alexa Ridder with DECA, organized a district wide food drive through the Lamar schools. They brought just almost 4,000 pounds of food in! The pantry was open yesterday and the shelves were filled due to their efforts and everyone that contributed!
