How it works
For In-Person Service, IRS-certified volunteers will prepare and file your federal and state tax returns all in the same day. You will need to remain in-person while your taxes are prepared. This process can range from 45 minutes to a few hours depending on the complexity of the tax return and how busy the site is. For Dropoff Service, you can leave your tax documents with an IRS-certified volunteer to complete for you, then pick up your completed tax return at the same location the following week or review it over the phone. You will need to do a quick 20-minute interview upon drop off.

Cómo funciona

Este proceso puede durar de 45 minutos a varias horas, dependiendo de la complejidad de la declaración de impuestos y de lo ocupado que esté el lugar. Para el servicio de entrega, puede dejar sus documentos de impuestos con un voluntario certificado por el IRS para que los complete por usted, luego recoger su declaración de impuestos completada en el mismo lugar la semana siguiente o revisarla por teléfono. Tendrá que hacer una entrevista rápida de 20 minutos en el momento de la entrega.
