Heart2Heart is a humanitarian non-profit organization (46-1791450) dedicated to taking a life-changing message of hope to people and equipping the feet of impoverished children and adults with shoes. Our main focus is to bring awareness to the needs of children and provide for the needs. Heart2heart community outreach uses the shoes as an instrument that allows volunteers a few minutes of time wit

h each person. We want to find out their dreams and let them know we are behind them and that there success matters, and that there is ALWAYS Hope. Our Outreach is a life-changing experience for recipients and volunteers..
