Rock -It-Out, Inc, is a (501c3) formerly known as Rock Steady Boxing Cleveland was the first RSB affiliate in Ohio in 2013. We provide an effective form of physical exercise to people living with Parkinson's with a non-contact boxing style fitness program that has been researched and proven effective for those facing PD.

Happy Giving Tuesday - the first day after Thanksgiving that's actually NOT about shopping! We wanted to share our Giving Tuesday letter and some exciting news --

Rock It Out now has a stock brokerage account. Donating stock is a new way for our donors to make a charitable contribution to Rock It Out. Charitable giving is a great way to offset your tax burden. As we near the end of the year, if you’re hoping to donate as a way to defray taxes, we’d be honored to be considered as your charity of choice. If you are interested, don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
