Rock-It-Out, INC We are a non-profit that offer research-based boxing for Parkinson's ;ROCK STEADY BOXING CLEVELAND🥊

Rock -It-Out, Inc, is a (501c3) formerly known as Rock Steady Boxing Cleveland was the first RSB affiliate in Ohio in 2013. We provide an effective form of physical exercise to people living with Parkinson's with a non-contact boxing style fitness program that has been researched and proven effective for those facing PD.
