We’re excited to share that Guiding Good Choices sessions are starting soon!

Guiding Good Choices is a family-focused program designed to strengthen communication, build healthy relationships, and support young people in making positive decisions. Through interactive conversations and practical tools, families will learn ways to navigate challenges together, set clear expectations, and create stronger connections at home.

Sessions are set to start June 1st — sessions will be available in both English and Spanish.

Two sessions will be held in person (free child care and snacks provided), with the remaining sessions hosted via Zoom.

We’re looking forward to creating space for families to connect, learn, and grow together!

¡Nos emociona compartir que las sesiones de Guiding Good Choices comenzarán pronto!

Guiding Good Choices es un programa enfocado en las familias, diseñado para fortalecer la comunicación, fomentar relaciones saludables y apoyar a los jóvenes en la toma de decisiones positivas. A través de conversaciones interactivas y herramientas prácticas, las familias aprenderán maneras de enfrentar desafíos juntos, establecer expectativas claras y fortalecer las conexiones en el hogar.

Las sesiones empiezan el 1ro de junio y estarán disponibles en inglés y español.

Dos sesiones serán presenciales (con cuidado de niños y bocadillos sin costo) y el resto de las sesiones serán por Zoom.

Welcome back, students and educators!

We hope your spring break gave you a moment to rest, reset, and just be!

At Lakewood's CHOICE Coalition, we want you to know this: you are supported, you are seen, and you matter.

Getting back into routines, responsibilities and expectations can feel a bit hectic sometimes. Give yourself grace as you ease back in!

As we head into the rest of the school year, stay connected, look out for others, and don't hesitate to reach out for support when you need it.
