Congratulations to Lakewood’s Addison Yarosh for finishing second this season in the Heartland racing series! She placed first over all in the 777m and 1000m as well as second overall in the 500m and 1500m distances! Way to skate!!!

Congratulations Addison and Gannon for receiving the fastest 500 male and female awards at the Ohio State/Open meet this past weekend. AND the Ohio relay trophy has returned to Lakewood! The winning Ohio relay team consisted of Addison, Gannon and Jack!

We agree!!! Tune in to channel 3 news today at 4:00 and 5:00 for a story with Lakewood’s Addison and Andy along with Coach Barb from Cleveland Heights!!! They will be demonstrating skating, some drills and short interviews with each! And of course, Go Team USA!!!

U.S. speedskater Jordan Stolz broke the Olympic record in the men’s 1,000m.
