Who We Are

We are a dynamic youth program that explores a positive spirituality in fun ways, empowering children and families to believe in themselves and their connection to the world, to others, and to something bigger than themselves. We believe all children have infinite possibility and inner strength.

We provide practical and relevant ways to encourage self esteem, oneness, connection, inclusivity, communication, and both personal and spiritual power. How? Through cool spiritual practices like meditation, affirmations, drumming, and dancing. Through the golden thread – those stories and ideas that cross cultural and religious boundaries. Through virtues like kindness, love, courage, creativity, joy, and respect. And through a sense of self using mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
