Jen brings nearly 20 years of nonprofit experience and a people-first philosophy that has guided every step of her career. She's worked in animal welfare, disaster relief, environmental sustainability and through it all, her north star has always been the same: relationships built on trust, and work that actually makes a difference.

Coming to Firefly Autism was both natural and deeply personal for Jen, driven by her own connection to the autism community and her belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and understood exactly as they are.

That's exactly the kind of person we want leading our development work. Welcome to the team, Jen! 🙌

What a night. ✨

The Luminescent Gala last Thursday was everything we could have hoped for and more. Stunning florals, the beautiful décor, the incredible food, every detail came together to create something truly special.

Most importantly, thanks to the generosity and spirit of everyone in that room, we met our fundraising goals! This means we can continue our mission of empowering autistic individuals experiencing access barriers to thrive, and that is everything.
