The Platte Valley & Western Rwy will be at the DMMDT's Miniature Show at the Denver West Sheraton, 360 Union Blvd. Saturday September 6, 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday September 7, 11 AM to 4 PM. We will have our Switching Puzzle up and running. Come to the Show and shuttle cars between tracks and industries.

The Platte Valley & Western Railway is now part of the Denver Museum of Miniatures - 830 Kipling Street, Lakewood, CO. We have been provided a space to construct our next layout, a project that will start soon. Our mission is to promote the hobby of model railroading, provide opportunities for members to demonstrate their modeling skills, and to educate the interested public in model railroading, railroad operations, and Colorado railroad history from the 1950's. The PV&W is off loading pumpkins in advance of the big pumping growing contest. And bats and spiders are moving into town in advance of Dia Del Mu***os.

The PV&W will be a participant at this year's Miniatures Show at the Doubletree Inn. Saturday September 9 10 to 5 and Sunday September 10 11 to 4. We will display various model train scales.
