We’ve been building coping skills, reducing stigma, learning how substances impact the brain, and strengthening healthy friendships — all while creating safe spaces for honest dialogue.

Prevention starts with connection. And we’re just getting started. 🌲💚

🌿 October Impact! 🌿

This month, The MILES Group connected with over 180 youth across Cuyahoga County — from classrooms to drop-ins — sharing real conversations about mental health, coping skills, and prevention. 💬💚

✨ School Groups (ages 13–18) – 28 students meeting weekly in alternative settings, building resilience and connection.
✨ John Marshall High School Cleveland– 120 youth learning stigma-reduction and smart decision-making, they were provided with a clear understanding of the dangers of fentanyl, tge truth about va**ng and cannabis products.
✨ Lakewood YMCA – 8 young men focusing on mindfulness and healthy coping skills and recognizing healthy choices to exercise
✨ Lakewood Library & Fairview Park center– 20 youth creating through artitistic expression, practicing journaling, and reflecting together.

Every conversation matters. Every young person counts.
