We're proud to partner with 5280 Recovery High School💚

5280 is a free, public charter school designed specifically for students recovering from substance use and other mental health challenges. Students receive a project-based education in a substance-free community, with a recovery program built right into the school day — welcoming students in grades 9-12 across the Denver metro area.

Together with Paragon's in-home and community-based behavioral health services, we're able to meet young people and families where they are — strengthening pathways to recovery and stabalization across Colorado.

Child First supports infants and young children (ages 0–5) and their caregivers—helping build strong, healthy foundations from the very beginning 💙

Through in-home support, connection, and guidance, our teams work alongside families to strengthen relationships, support development, and navigate challenges together.

We’re proud to offer our Child First program across multiple Colorado communities, including Pueblo, La Junta, Crowley, Otero, Bent, Moffat, Routt—and expanding soon to Douglas and Arapahoe counties.

We’re proud to partner with San Miguel County to expand behavioral health support💚

Through this partnership, Paragon is providing 24/7 crisis intervention services for both first responders and community members across the county.

With support from local partners, this work is reaching even further. The Telluride Fire Protection District has donated a response vehicle—equipped with internet (thanks to the )—so our clinicians can reach remote areas and stay connected while providing care.

This means better access, faster response, and more support for people when it matters most.

We’re grateful to be part of this work and to serve communities across Colorado.
