Men, when was the last time you had a space where you didn't have to perform, prove yourself, or carry everything alone?

Wind + Fire is a men's circle rooted in authentic connection, healing, embodiment, and brotherhood. Through breathwork, drumming, movement, ritual, conversation, and community, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves and one another in a meaningful way.

Facilitated by Roy, this donation-based gathering offers a supportive space for men to explore emotional truth, purpose, grief, growth, and the fire that lives within each of us.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking deeper connection, or simply longing for community, you're welcome here.

Bring a drum, rattle, or percussion instrument if you have one—or borrow one when you arrive. Come as you are.
