Icon Cowork is hiring a Community Manager!
Do you genuinely enjoy meeting new people? Are you the person who can strike up a conversation with anyone? We’re looking for a warm, energetic, people-focused Community Manager to help create an exceptional experience for our members every day.
This role is all about community…welcoming members, giving tours, planning events, managing social media, keeping the space stocked and running smoothly, and helping make Icon feel like a stress-free second home. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, proactive, and loves building connections.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome members and guests and create a friendly, positive atmosphere
• Give tours to prospective members and assist with new member onboarding
• Build relationships with members and foster a strong community culture
• Manage social media content and engagement
• Coordinate member appreciation events and community activities
• Answer inquiries via email, phone, and in person
• Manage meeting room, podcast studio and event space bookings
• Handle incoming mail and package distribution
• Purchase and stock snacks, beverages, and office supplies
• Assist with administrative tasks and member communications
• Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the space
• Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and grow the community
Hours: 9:00 AM–2:00/3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, averaging a
about 20-30 hours per week, depending on tours, events, and workload.
