Thank you for making this year’s GardenWalk such a wonderful celebration of our community! 🌿🌸

From the beautiful gardens and welcoming homeowners to our incredible volunteers, donors, and everyone who came out to explore, thank you for helping make the day so special.

It was a joy to see neighbors connecting, gardeners sharing their passion, and so many people finding inspiration around every corner. We hope you left with new ideas, new favorites, and an even greater appreciation for the beauty growing throughout Lakewood.

Use this year's multi-page map to explore featured gardens across the Southern portion of Lakewood. In the map you'll find garden locations, neighborhood groupings, and the locations of our Information Stations, where volunteers can answer questions and provide assistance throughout the event on Saturday, July 18 from 10am to 3pm.

GardenWalk Lakewood is just a few short weeks away, and as always, this special event comes to life thanks to the time, energy, and generosity of our volunteers. If you have a little extra time to share, we would truly appreciate your help. Even a small commitment can make a meaningful difference, and it is a wonderful way to connect with neighbors and be part of something joyful and community‑driven. Here are a couple of ways you can get involved:

🌿 Help Spread the Word. To build excitement ahead of the event, we are looking for volunteers to deliver and later collect yard signs.

🌿 Welcome Our Visitors. We are also seeking volunteers to staff our Information Stations during the event on Saturday, July 18.

📣 IT'S THE FINAL WEEK to register your garden for the 2026 GardenWalk Lakewood event, hosted this year on Saturday, July 18 from 10am - 3pm. Registration closes on June 20, 2026.

This year, we're shining a light on gardens located South of Detroit Avenue. If you or someone you know is growing veggies, designing an ornamental space, attracting pollinators or curating a relaxing area, we hope to see you featured.

What a swap! 🌱☀️🌸

More than 100 plant enthusiasts came together under the Cove Park pavilion to share seeds, clippings and passion for our city and our green spaces. Thank you to every person who contributed items. It’s because of your generosity we had such a lovely event.

We’ll see you again soon for the Annual GardenWalk: July 18 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in our beautiful neighborhoods south of Detroit Road. More details coming soon!
