It was a busy weekend of catering for our C.H.E.F. students! 👨‍🍳❤️

We had the opportunity to cater a fun outdoor retirement celebration, and while the weather gave us a few challenges, the clouds cleared and the day turned into a beautiful occasion celebrating a well-deserved retirement!

Our students did an amazing job working together, preparing great food, serving guests, and putting their culinary and teamwork skills into action. These experiences are an important part of building confidence, work experience, and pathways to employment.

Today's class came together to prepare a healthy, delicious meal while supporting one another every step of the way. In our kitchen, every recipe is an opportunity to practice communication, accountability, and encouragement. Recovery is strengthened through connection, and teamwork is one of the most important ingredients for success.
