Coffee, Community & Our Officers!

The Lakeway Police Foundation truly enjoyed supporting the Police Department at Coffee with a Cop at at the Lake!

Events like this are such a great opportunity to bring our officers and community together in a relaxed setting—sharing conversations, building relationships, and getting to know the men and women who serve Lakeway every day. 🚓☕

A very special thank you to Cupprimo at the Lake owners Brandon and Amy for opening their doors, welcoming our officers and community, and helping make this event possible. We are so grateful for local businesses and community partners who continue to show their support for law enforcement. 💙

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a cup of coffee, and spent some time with our officers!

Strong relationships build strong communities. 💙

🚓 A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Law Enforcement Officers! 🚓

As we look back on another incredible Fourth of July celebration in Lakeway, we want to recognize and thank the law enforcement officers who helped make it such a safe and enjoyable event for our community.

From participating in the Lakeway 4th of July Parade to working behind the scenes to ensure the safety of residents and visitors, these dedicated men and women exemplify what it means to serve with honor, professionalism, and commitment.

While many families were enjoying the holiday with friends and loved ones, our officers were on duty, standing watch and keeping our community safe. Their presence at community events like the parade helps strengthen the bonds between law enforcement and the citizens they serve.

On behalf of the Lakeway Police Foundation, thank you to all of the law enforcement officers who participated in this year's celebration and to those who serve our communities every day. Your dedication, sacrifice, and service are deeply appreciated.

💙 We are grateful for all you do and proud to support those who protect and serve. Lakeway Police Department Travis County Sheriff's Office Lake Travis Fire Rescue

🚔 Honoring Lieutenant Jason Brown 🚔

After 17 years with the Lakeway Police Department and 23 years in law enforcement, Lieutenant Jason Brown has retired from Lakeway PD.

Throughout his career, Jason worked countless investigations behind the scenes, helping solve crimes, protect victims, and keep our community safe. While many residents may never know the full impact of his work, Lakeway is a safer place because of his dedication and leadership within the Criminal Investigations Division.

The Lakeway Police Foundation was honored to partner with members of the Lakeway Police Department to present Lieutenant Brown with a retirement sidearm in recognition of his outstanding service.

His commitment to protecting others continues as he begins a new role with the Texas Attorney General’s Office Online Child Crimes Unit, where he will be one of 11 detectives serving communities across Texas.

A special thank you to Steve and Emily Dillinger, Tristan and Joe from Provident, Downrange Thermal, and Drew Gaston for helping make this meaningful gift possible through their generosity, support, and gunsmithing services.

Please join us in congratulating Lieutenant Brown and thanking him for a career dedicated to serving others. We wish him continued success in this important next chapter.

💙 Thank you for your service, Lieutenant Brown.
