Come watch teams from across the region battle it out on the rope in one of the oldest and most exciting team sports in the world. After the formal competition, stick around for a fun beach Tug of War where spectators and athletes alike can join in on the action!

Power Train Tug of War and the USA Tug of War Association would like to thank all pullers, volunteers, and spectators for attending today’s event.

A special thank you to all the USA teams that participated in the Greeley pull today. The weather was hot and humid—just the way the Midwest knows how to do it—but everyone showed great determination, sportsmanship, and teamwork throughout the day.

We appreciate everyone who traveled to compete and support the sport of tug of war. Events like these are possible because of the dedication of our athletes, officials, volunteers, and fans.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our next event on June 20th at the Land of Natura in the Wisconsin Dells. Pulling begins at 12:00 noon. Following the competition, we’ll be hosting a fun sand tug for anyone who wants to join in and experience the excitement, camaraderie, and pure enjoyment that make tug of war such a great sport.
