Update! Pool will be open. Air quality has improved and continues to do so .

The Town of Lakeview is keeping a close eye on today's air quality and will make a decision about if and when the Lakeview Swimming Pool can open.

The health and safety of swimmers, staff, and community is top priority. We'll post an update as soon as a decision has been made.

Looking for a fun (and FREE!) way to cool off this weekend? Join us for Free Swim at the Lakeview Pool on Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1 from 12:00–4:00 PM!

Bring the kids, invite your friends, and enjoy an afternoon of swimming, sunshine, and making summer memories. 🌊🏖️

A huge thank you to Lake Health District Public Health for sponsoring this community event and helping provide a safe place for everyone to stay cool during the summer heat.

Please note that the Lakeview Community Pool will be closed on Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.

We hope everyone enjoys a fun-filled holiday weekend celebrating with family and friends. Whether you're attending a parade, barbecue, fireworks show, or spending time outdoors, please celebrate responsibly and stay safe.

The Town of Lakeview wishes everyone a happy and safe Fourth of July! We look forward to seeing you back at the pool when regular operations resume.

From all of us at the Friends of Lakeview Community Pool, thank you to everyone who helped make our Annual Fundraiser such a success!

Thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, donors, auction bidders, vendors, entertainers, and community members who showed up to support the pool. Your generosity and community spirit were on full display.

Because of your support, every dollar raised will be matched by our Angel Donor and invested directly back into the Lakeview Community Pool to help fund future improvements, maintenance, and opportunities for local families to enjoy for years to come.

The Friends of Lakeview Community Pool Surfing USA Annual Fundraiser is happening TODAY, and we hope to see you at the Lake County Courthouse Lawn from 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM!

Join us for an afternoon and evening of community fun featuring youth activities, vendors, a Tri-Tip dinner, cash bar, live auction, live music, dancing, and more—all in support of the Lakeview Community Pool and in memory of Doug Price. ❤️

Can't make it in person? You can still make a difference! Every donation helps support pool operations, repairs, and future improvements. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donations are tax deductible, and donations connected to today's fundraiser will be matched by our Angel Donor!

🚨 Town of Lakeview Community Notice 🚨

Please note that the Lakeview Community Pool will be closed Friday, June 26, and Saturday, June 27, as we prepare to host the Lakeview Lions Invitational Swim Meet.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we get the facility ready to welcome swimmers, coaches, and families from across the region. We encourage everyone to come out, cheer on the athletes, and help make this another great community event!

Normal pool hours will resume Monday.

Best of luck to all of the swimmers competing this weekend! Swim fast, have fun, and enjoy the experience. We are proud to host you here in Lakeview! 🏊💙
