Lu's Labs Labrador Retriever Rescue finds loving, responsible homes for adoptable Labrador Retrievers and Labrador Retriever mixes that come into our care. All of our dogs are microchipped, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested (and treated if needed) for intestinal parasites, Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichiosis and Anaplasmosis. All interested adopters must complete an adoption application and go throu
gh our approval process, which includes vet and personal reference checks, a phone interview, and a home check PRIOR to approval. The application fee helps cover medical and transport fees of our rescue Labs and therefore is non-refundable. Lu's Labs is an all-volunteer organization that exists as a network of fosters. We do not have or operate a shelter, nor do we ship or deliver dogs out of state to adopters. If you are interested in adoption, you must come to where the dog is being fostered to meet the dog. Our adopted dogs are to be returned to Lu's Labs if their adopter is EVER unable to continue to care for them.
