šŸ’„TEEN TWO RECAPšŸ’„

Our last week of the season was jam packed with lots of campers and loads of fun! We defeated demogorgons, had a Roblox dance party, competed in some game shows, chilled at the waterfront, bonded around the fire, played nuke ā€˜em, ping pong, basketball, and more!

Weā€™re sending love to all of our teens who ā€œaged outā€ this summer, and hope to see them again as CITs or counselors! We also canā€™t wait to see all of our campers return next year for another great summer!

We're half way through our LAST SESSION OF THE SUMMER - TEEN 2! These campers are a blast to have, and are ending the summer with a bang. We did a dance party, made a first bead buddy, worked with our cabins on low ropes, and had run around in our activity blocks.

We have one more recap, so stay tuned to see everything we have yet to come!

šŸ¤ CHILDRENā€™S TWO RECAPšŸ¤ 

Our second childrenā€™s session was nothing but magical!! We slayed demons with K-Pop music, trained as spies, helped our Toy Story friends solve a mystery, played games during cabin night, sang our hearts out during Thursday Night Live, and visited the fairies of Pixie Hollow!

We are sad to say goodbye to our childrenā€™s campers for the summer, but are looking forward to seeing all of them next year! Looking forward to our last week of camp!!

That's the end of Children's 2 - what an amazing, fun, loving, bonding, packed session! We had an amazing cabin night with roaring fires, a special Thursday Night Live with fantastic performances, time on waterfront (either in our boats or flying across it on the Zipline), a chance to cool off in the sprinkler, and a hundred other moments of memories in between.

Thank you to the parents for sending these awesome campers, the staff for making it possible, and the campers for making it such a special week!

.... Just like that, we're half way through Children's 2!!! Camp Washington is still in full swing with campfire skits, fun at low ropes, free time at the waterfront, and a visit from some special friends...from Toy Story!

We're making friends, singing songs, and smiling till our face hurts. Stay tuned for the next update!

Our (kinda) Annual Tag Sale- Bake Sale to benefit Camp Washington is Saturday, August 1st from 9-3!
We have so much great stuff: furniture, antiques, lamps, books, collectibles, records, glassware and crystal, prints, kitchenware and so much more!

Also, we are renting tables for $25.00 if you want to come and sell your own stuff. Call us to rent a space (860-567-9623)

This year we are having a bake sale too! If you want to bake for us, the drop off is Friday 7/31 from noon-5pm

Finally, speaking of drop offsā€¦if you have tag sale donations of GOOD stuff (no baby toys, electronics, or junk, and vintage or high end clothing only) you can come on July 24 and 25 from 10 am to 2 pm only to drop off.

Mark your calendar and see you on August 1st- itā€™s going to be a great day of community and fundraising for Camp Washington!

Mini Camp Photo Dump!

We're still raving about our time with the youngest campers of the summer! From hikes, arts & crafts, story time, and solving a huge mystery, everyone had a blast trying new things and making friends. Huge shoutout to Reverend Kate (and Elizabeth) for making this year's mini camp a special one!
