Dear LCEA Members,
We’re excited to announce that the recent vote on our newly negotiated MOU has overwhelmingly passed with a 93% approval rating!
We want to sincerely thank Carl Carr and Marc Beauchamp of OE3 for their invaluable support and guidance throughout the negotiation process. Their experience and advocacy played a key role in helping us reach this agreement.
A heartfelt thank you to our LCEA negotiations team, whose dedication, countless hours, and tireless collaboration with the County helped secure the best possible outcome for our members and all represented employees.
While no contract is ever perfect, we're happy with the direction this one is going in, and we couldn’t have done it without your participation and support.
The full MOU should be available as soon as the Board of Supervisors ratifies it on Tuesday.
