Lake County Sheriff's Office Deputy Strugnell, Deputy Sheriff Corrections Vierra, and Lakeport Police Department Officer Morfin are representing Lake County at this premier event, which brings together professionals from every rank and role to advance leadership, strengthen networks, and shape the future of our profession.

The conference offers workshops, panels, and presentations on leadership, career development, and the challenges and opportunities facing today’s law enforcement leaders.
