This program is at Simpson Park every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm until 8pm for boys ages 7-19. It only costs $25 (A ONE time fee for the year) which pays for the D1 t-shirts that all the boys get and also helps pay for food and gas when our group takes trips. It keeps the boys active during the off season and through out the summer. It keeps them conditioned, teaches them new skills and helps p
erfect the skills they already know! The coaches do a lot of different drills with the boys from working on their footwork with ladders and cones to strength and endurance training with the parachutes. The BEST part is the boys get an amazing workout in and have so much FUN while doing it!! It also brings all the different high school athletes together to train, we have boys from every high school in Lakeland out there all working out and having a great time together all while staying in shape and doing what they all love to do...FOOTBALL!! D1 also tries to do other things with the boys to keep them involved and focused like trips to the beach to workout in the sand and Tampa Bay Buccaneer games!!
