We have lost a friend, a great father, a beloved husband, brother and son. Yesterday night he was involved in hit and run accident while he was riding his motorcycle in which the suspect fleed the scene. Everyone that knew Ruben knows he loved his family, his wife and kids and his motorcycle. Tod...
