thanking God for suitcases and toothbrushes!! Have all we can carry of supplies, thank you!
Just imagine, everything is shut down, not grocery stores, no electricity, no running water and you are living in a mud hut. Imagine you haven't had anything to eat, nothing, for several days. Imagine you are a child and the only school you can go to is 5 miles away and you have no shoes, but wanting education you make the trip. But with no food for several days or water, you are weak and barely able to make the trip, so you fall along the way, or you fall asleep in the class which has 100 other children just like you. I think about how many meals and snacks I get each day without thinking about these invisible children. Just the toast I had at breakfast would be enough for them, yet I also had eggs and bacon. They cannot even imagine what a meal like that would be like. We are wanting to feed these children described above one manna meal (small bowl of soy protein, dried vegetables & vitamins with rice) 5 days a week to sustain them and give thema chance not to die of hunger or hunger related diseases.
