A Matter of Balance!

Do you have concerns about falling? Sign up for our free Matter of Balance class! This eight-week program - Mondays at 9:30am beginning February 23rd - emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls and increase your activity levels. Call 863-534-0131 to register!
